STEP 1 - STAFFING NEEDS
Let us know your staffing needs, requirements, expectations and preferences for the candidates.
STEP 2 - ADVERTISING
We will advertise job offer to students online at www.j1exchanges.com
STEP 3 - RESUMES
We will pre-select candidates according to your needs and provide you their resumes while you are welcome to visit online "Resume bank" at www.j1exchanges.com to make your own selection.
STEP 4 - HIRING
We strongly recommend the employers to interview the pre-selected applicants via Skype, Phone or face-to-face interviews. Once you decide to hire the applicant you can simply email or fax us the copy of signed job offer form.
STEP 5 - VETTING THE JOB
Each job offer is followed by a call from the US Designated Sponsor agency to confirm the employment.
STEP 6 - STUDENTS ARRIVAL
We always keep host companies updated with student visa interview results, arriving details and other necessary information.
